We welcome you all to the new year, and what an exciting one we have planned.
This year is about improving our product offering with a focus on fast, efficient sales, easy reporting and adapting to the mobile generation.
Last year saw the Menumate brand hurt, when the ownership company Menumate Limited, under the directorship and management of the CEO Andrew McClurg, went into Liquidation.
Since the new management and owners of the Menumate product took over in May 2019, and the transfer to a highly qualified development team, based here in Christchurch, we have been fixing critical areas to stabilise Menumate POS and now we are ready to move forward and leverage the core abilities of Menumate, but take it in a new direction based on areas that have been identified that need attention and features that are needed.
Current projects in development;
– Performance
New features and fixes throughout the POS for speeding up sales, ordering, billing and management functions. Fewer taps, less loading time, less waiting, means more time for serving your customers.
– Reporting
A new cloud reporting suite that has what you want. Managers and owners want to see clear and precise data, in the layout that works for them, not just on-site but from anywhere, at home, in the office or on your mobile.
– Tableside ordering
An overhauled handheld waiter ordering app. Enabling staff to complete orders, hassle-free, tableside, from any Android device, with confidence, meaning more time on the floor to push sales.
– Upgraded POS software
Not just a new and modern look, but also self-updating software. We want to keep you updated with the newest features and improvements, so you never miss out.
Our new POS software and features are in real-world testing with some customers, and we thank them for their involvement.
